HDPE Reinforced Spiral Corrugated Pipe With Steel Strip

Steel-reinforced polyethylene (HDPE) spiral corrugated pipe is a structural wall pipe with a melt-melted composite of HDPE and steel strips. The pipe wall structure consists of three layers : a continuous solid inner layer , wrapped with a steel strip reinforced with an inverted U -shaped annular corrugated steel strip. The outer layer is then coated with the corrugated steel strip reinforcement and then coated with an HDPE outer layer with the same waveform as the steel strip reinforcement . This novel structure is scientifically sound.
